The Challenge

Every year, over 1.2 million students drop out of high school in the United States alone. That’s a student every 26 seconds – or 7,000 a day.

Even though graduation rates are improving, students of color, at risk and from low-income households are still falling behind their more affluent peers.

We believe even one student failing is too many when you consider the lost potential and negative impact on communities.
